a. Understand your mental health - initial and ongoing assessment

b. Learn tools for coping - such as boundary setting, effective communication, self-care, mindfulness skills etc…

c. Offer integrative practices such as EMDR, IFS, somatic based practices, exposure therapy, CBT along with traditional talk therapy. My passion is to encourage the more integrative work as this is where much of the therapy moves from intellectualizing to feeling safer and more embodied.

Coaching is great for previous clients or individuals who feel in a stable place mentally but are looking for ongoing self-growth work! You tell me which of the areas above stands out to you most and we build a 3 month program based on this. Coaching can continue as long as is needed to help you achieve your goals.
